Springwood is being stalked by a killer called The Chopper. A maniac who chops up his victims with an axe. A high school student John Warring witnesses the latest murder as The Chopper escapes. He is tormented by nightmares until it turns out that he is The Chopper. Or is he?
The second half is centered on Roni Peterson (John's girlfriend) as she starts investigating on who is the real Chopper and the revelation of who The Chopper really is will shock.
