This episode is about a teenage boy who is the object of an obsession by a deeply disturbed girl. This leads to a series of gruesome, hallucinatory nightmares that never seems to end.
The second half of the episode is about Max who has to work for his uncle Ralph. It turns out that Ralph is carving up people and turning them into pizzas, for their pizza restaurant.
