When Lenny kicks off from a heart attack, Greta ties the knot with her clandestine honey, Hank.  Then the newlyweds discover that Lenny may have died brokenhearted, but he didn't die broke.  Greta thinks there's a $20-million lottery ticket in the suit in which he was buried.  They dig Lenny up - and that's when Greta remembers where the ticket really is and decides that she'd rather not share the money with her new husband.  She leaves Hank in the casket to die.  

The second half of the episode is about Greta living with her conscious and nightmares.
