This episode is about Rick and Miranda as they are about to leave Springwood as teenage lovers. Their car stalls and they get into a hotel that seems to be ran by a bunch of sadistic hicks who love pain.
The second half of the episode has Miranda pregnant and trying to hold down her job. This leads to unmentionable pressure and leads to an unpleasant ending.
