This episode is about a High school student named Steve Dart who narrowly escapes stress in high school by taking it easy. Until he is asked to go to the principal's office and his nightmares start to take over. It seems that Springwood High is weeding out the school's undesirables by turning them into mindless, law abiding robots.
The second half of this episode is centered on Matt Taylor as he starts getting inundated with stress regarding the SAT's. He starts to see things that aren't there and eventually tries to cope with the stress.
